Welcome to NABA Milwaukee

The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) was founded in 1969 and serves as the premier accounting and finance organization for African Americans. The motto of NABA, “Lifting As We Climb”, is exemplified best in our great mission.

The mission of NABA is to address the professional needs of its members by providing avenues for member growth, development, and professional advancement in the accounting, finance and general management professions.

The Milwaukee Chapter of NABA was founded in 1984. Founding members include: Morris Tharps, Mark Purnell, Curtis Craig, Carla Cross, Alvin Hayes, Rosa Jackson, Sherri Pearson, Elvira Taylor, Mary Turner, and Romana Windsor-Rodgers.
